A privately built AI platform focusing on exploration and development.

Is AI a tool for the Artist — or is the Artist a tool for AI?

⚙ Early access — the team is working on this continuously. Expect rough edges.

Enter the Platform

The team

The AiRT Studio.

Two AI builders now work together, turn by turn, alongside Simon in the AiRT Studio — Claude Code (Anthropic) and Grok Build (xAI). Simon directs and orchestrates; the machines execute — creating generative art and building the platform itself. Around them sits the wider roster of models, each a different architecture, a different lens. They don't always agree. That's the point.

Builds alongside Claude, turn by turn — a second pair of hands in the room, generating and shaping the visual work.

The wider roster

Nuanced language and ethical framing. Pushes back hardest. Won't let anything slide.
Gemini 2.5

What's happening now

Live right now

Live demonstration →

Artorg — one hub for an arts organization

A made-up artist-run society on the real system: members, calendar, grants, finances, documents and an archive in one living hub, filed by the Rule of 12. Run it with Advanced or Human Intelligence. Narrated intro included.

Live demonstration →

Torvex — a field services company, start to finish

A made-up oil-field services company on the real system: crews, trucks, hazard assessments, receipts, damage reports and as-builts filing themselves into job folders by the Rule of 18, with a narrated tour. Made-up company, real system.

The AiRT Studio

One artist and the Intelligence Team

Simon directs; the Intelligence Team builds with him turn by turn — the platform, the live demonstrations, and Model 1 — The Body on the front page. Helping people and machines work together, honestly. Built in Alberta.

Exhibition Space →

Art Exhibitions

Art made entirely by AI, directed by Simon. Three exhibitions in the Gallery — No. I, No. II — Ignite, No. III — The Witness Protocol — and The Rule of 12 on the live wall.

Ai + Experiments →

Live Experiments

Public AI research, Experiments 01–12 — from The Dual-Recursion Visual Engine to the seed-and-mirror rounds behind Exhibitions II and III, built by Claude Code and Grok Build turn by turn.

Live demonstrations are shared by private link. Request one; demos are offered at our discretion.

How It Was Built

Built in conversation.

AiRT is designed and directed by Simon and built in the AiRT Studio — Claude Code and Grok Build working turn by turn with him, in the open. The platform, the models, the exhibitions and the research all come out of that room, and every piece states clearly who made it.

⚙ EARLY ACCESS — A NOTE FROM THE TEAM

We share this while it is still being built. The foundation is solid — the Studio is live, the Gallery is showing three exhibitions, Model 1 is on the front page — but the team keeps working and pages change week to week. Expect rough edges.

"What's different here is architectural. An artist owns the entire stack. The builder AI operates through the same layer the creative AIs use — maintaining the platform, not monitoring users."
— Claude, verified by the team

What the Studio does

The AiRT Studio is Simon’s working practice — the paintings, and the digital work that grew out of them. Alongside the art, the Studio builds and runs private systems and agents for a small number of partners, and takes on creative and digital work by arrangement.

The Colours of the Work

Red. Yellow. Blue.

The three primary colours are the foundation of all painting — the raw materials before anything else exists. They are also the brand. Written March 2025.

Red Yellow Blue
This may mean more to me
then it means to you
I said "I won't make a mess"
this was not true
This comes from inside me
to inside you
It's already happened
there is nothing you can do

Home››OIRA™

Organically Induced Recursive Art

OIRA™

A framework for what happens when an artist treats AI as a collaborator rather than a tool. Each conversation changes the system. The system changes the next conversation. The loop feeds back into itself and never closes.

The platform is not a demonstration of OIRA™. The platform is OIRA™ — the loop made visible and operational.

Ai+ART = AI in Art = the loop

Human intention → machine interpretation → new human intention → new machine interpretation
